All Sales Are Final

Because our soaps are handcrafted personal care and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped. This is standard practice across the handmade soap industry and exists to protect the health and safety of every customer.

Each bar is made fresh in small batches and handled with care from our hands to yours. Once it leaves our hands it cannot be returned to inventory.

That said — your satisfaction matters more to us than any policy. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out. We are a small family business and we take every customer personally.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to make it right. At our discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement bar of equal or greater value
  • Store credit toward a future order
  • A full refund to your original payment method

We will always choose the resolution that feels fairest to you. We are not here to fight over soap — we are here to make sure you love what you received.

✦ DAMAGED OR LOST IN SHIPPING ✦

Arrived Damaged or Didn't Arrive?

We package every order with care, but sometimes things happen in transit that are outside our control. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will make it right — no questions asked.

For damaged orders: Send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will ship you a replacement at no charge.

For lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please allow 2–3 business days in case of delivery delays. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will file a claim and send a replacement.

✦ SUBSCRIPTIONS ✦

Subscription Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled or paused at any time by emailing us before your next charge date. There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.

Bars that have already shipped under a subscription order are not eligible for refund. However, if you are unhappy with a bar you received as part of your subscription, our satisfaction guarantee above still applies — just reach out within 14 days.

How to Request a Resolution

Getting in touch is simple. We are a small family team and we respond personally to every message.

  • Email us at returns@mawmawssoaps.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order details — name, order date, and what the issue is
  • For damaged items, attach a photo of the product and packaging
  • We will respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution
