How Quickly We Ship

Because everything is handmade in small batches, we typically prepare and ship your order within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday). If a scent you ordered is still curing or temporarily out, we will email you right away with the expected timing.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you would like to order from outside the U.S., email us and we will see what we can do.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your delivery address, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.

Subscriptions always ship free. Every recurring subscription order includes free shipping, every month.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after they ship, using trusted carriers such as the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your shipment, the tracking details will be included so you can follow it to your door.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. See our Return & Satisfaction Policy for details.

Correct Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but we will always do our best to help if something goes wrong.
