About Our Products

Every bar is handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in color, scent strength, texture, and weight from bar to bar are normal and are part of the character of a handcrafted product, not a defect.

Our soaps and essentials are cosmetic products for external use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend a small patch test before regular use.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but in the rare case of an error we reserve the right to correct it, and to refuse or cancel any order. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order.

Subscriptions

If you sign up for a subscription, you authorize a recurring charge on the schedule shown at signup until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date by emailing us — there are no forms or hoops. See our subscription page for full details.

Shipping and Returns

Intellectual Property

The Mawmaw's Soaps & Essentials name, logo, product names, photography, and website content are the property of Mawmaw's Soaps & Essentials LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mawmaw's Soaps & Essentials LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Always follow usage guidance and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
